Custom 6061-T6 aluminium knurled inserts were designed for all high-load points, including suspension pickups, bulkheads, harness anchors, and aero mounts. Each insert featured external knurling to create a mechanical interlock with the surrounding epoxy potting compound, reducing reliance on adhesive bond strength alone.
