Master Assembly

The SUR25 master assembly brought together all major subsystems into a single top-level model:
– Chassis (monocoque + spaceframe)
– Vehicle dynamics (suspension, steering)
– Ergonomics (cockpit packaging, driver fit)
– Driveline & powertrain
– Aerodynamics & bodywork
– Electrical & data systems

The master assembly was used to control geometry and packaging updates, run clash detection, and verify FSUK rule-box compliance before manufacturing.
It also provided the reference for drawings, BOMs, and jig design, ensuring consistency across all subsystems.

I was responsible for maintaining this assembly, coordinating design changes across disciplines, and ensuring every update flowed through the master model before release.
